SPIKE LARV
SPIKE LARV is a powerful larvicide that effectively controls mosquitoes and several other disease carrying insects at the larval stage. A sturdydefence against malaria, dengue and other deadly diseases, SPIKE LARV is thoroughly tested and approved in line with World Health Organisation specifications as an insecticide for public health protection and management.
Active Ingredient : Temephos 50% EC
Benefits of SPIKE LARV:
An organophosphate which acts by ingestion or contact, inhibiting an enzyme that is important in the normal functioning of the insects' nervous system, resulting in death of the larva
By treating stagnant water with SPIKE LARV, the mosquito larvae are killed before they become adults capable of reproduction.
Prevents new generations of disease-carrying insects from developing, thus, minimising the spread of the disease.
